An absolutely wonderful location, ideal for a true tropical vacation, peaceful, quite, but close enough to get to the beach or downtown St Pete in just a few minutes (this is coming from a Florida native).
-Beautiful community pool and jacuzzi
-Community pool house, with books, and plenty of space to hang out
-Bike storage (bikes not provided)
-Community electric vehicle charging space
-Fishing dock (fishing supplies not provided)

⚫ IMPORTANT! !!
The HOA requires a $160 occupancy fee per reservation!!
Only one assigned parking space available.
Parking pass must my displayed after we pick it up from the management office during their open hours.
There is first come first serve guest parking. There is no guarantee of availability. We will need to submit an HOA rental form on your behalf. We must be provided with the following:
-Name
-How many guests.
Number of adults and children under 18
-License plate
-Phone number
-Home address
-Vehicle model and make

Once we submit this to the HOA we will then receive your parking pass, which will be left inside the condo upon your arrival.

Local Things To Do
-2 minute drive to Shoppes at Isla Del Sol, where you will find restaurants & shops, Addicted to The Bean (great coffee!), yoga, Subway, sushi, and a salon
-4 Minutes to Bayway country store and butcher shop
-5 Minutes to Pass A Grille Beach
-5 Minutes to Eckard college
-9 Minutes to Fort De Soto (A stunning national treasure!)
-Take a walk across the Delgado Memorial Bridge that leads to the beach (Approx. 35 minute walk each way)

The booking guest must sign a renters agreement within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.

The renter's agreement will ask for your

  • Home address

  • Phone number

  • E-mail address

The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email. Please message me at PineappleCoveVR.com if the e-mail has not been received, I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.

Check-in information and entrance codes will be sent the morning of your arrival date.

  • Check-in: After 4:00 PM

  • Checkout: 11:00 AM

  • No smoking 

  • No parties or events
